You get 40 g of whey protein (fast-absorbing) and 250 g+ of complex carbohydrates to fuel mass growth and replenish glycogen. It’s enhanced with 1 g of creatine monohydrate for added power and strength, and delivers around 9 g of naturally occurring BCAAs to support muscle recovery. The formula also includes MCTs to provide healthy fat energy.

Recommended Use:
