Return & Refund Policy

At Radiant Supplemnts, customer satisfaction is our priority. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, we offer a 7-day return policy under the following conditions:

Eligible Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• The product has a manufacturing defect, or

• The product delivered is incorrect or different from what you ordered

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

• The product must be unused

• The seal must be intact and not opened

• The product must be returned with all original packaging

Cases Not Eligible for Free Return

If the product has no issue and the customer wants to return it for personal reasons (e.g., “I don’t like it” or “I changed my mind”), then:

• The return will be accepted only if the seal is not opened

• Delivery/return shipping charges must be paid by the buyer

Refund Process

Once the returned product is inspected and approved:

• Refunds are processed within 3–7 working days

• Refund will be issued via the customer’s original payment method
